Almighty God, from whom all being springs, you were present in the very beginning, before time itself began. In your eternal nature, you are the Word, the divine expression of all truth and reality, eternally in communion with yourself. We thank you for the revelation of your Word, through whom all things were made and by whom life finds its ultimate meaning. We pray that our minds may be opened to receive your truth, and our hearts transformed by your presence, that we may understand the profound mystery of your being and love you with all our hearts. Through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
