  • A prayer for deliverance from darkness and entry into God's loving kingdom 2026-10-29

We give thanks for the faithful departed, especially for the example of Saint James Hannington and all those who have lived and died in faith. May their lives inspire us to steadfastness and love. Grant them a place in your eternal kingdom, where darkness has no dominion and only your light shines eternally.

Lord, in your mercy, hear our prayer.

Merciful Father, accept these prayers for the sake of your Son, our Saviour Jesus Christ. Amen.
